Delivery takes 2 to 8 days, depending on the region.

If there is a defect in the product you purchased, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will have the defective book shipped from Korea and exchange it immediately upon the next restock. However, you must pick it up at the store. Please also note that refunds are difficult if the box or individual plastic packaging of series books has been opened.

Hello, My Story House customers,
The online payment system is not currently ready.
There are two payment/shipping options available.
1. If you are picking up
If you place an online order, we will send you the total payment amount and bank information via text message.
You can pick it up at My Story House after paying via bank transfer.
2. If you would like delivery
If you provide the shipping address on the online order form, we will inform you of the shipping fee.
We will proceed with delivery once you pay the book cost and shipping fee.
